1 flight of 15 steps with handrail, up to other rooms.

On the first floor there is a double ensuite room. And single room with its own private bathroom.

Emergency lighting, fire detection & alarm system installed for your safety. No smoking house & no pets.

Bus stop 200m, at junction of Burscott Lane & B3237 ( see map )

By prior arrangement, we can assist with bags or transport locally.

Approx. 1km , steep & partly lit, to Coast Path & Clovelly village.
